The hotel has brand-new rooms and exceptionally helpful staff. the location is very central and close to the skytrain, embassies, and malls. Great spot for shopping with a lobby restaurant on the property.

Great location near Central Embassy mall, which is super convenient. the rooms are spacious and practical, with a nice bathroom. Plus, they come with a free mini-bar and even a balcony to chill on. 🌟

The hotel was wonderful. The location was very near to the sky train station making it very easily accessible. The room was quite big with all the amenities needed for a holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they could improve on their English language skills. The restaurant served a good buffet breakfast with a wide variety for everyone. Anyhow the prices of the food on their room service menu was a bit pricey for the size of the portions. Overall a very good hotel to spend a holiday.

We received an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment which was excellent. also, loved having the balcony to be able to get some fresh, or as fresh as it can be in Bangkok, air.

We weren't really aware that you did not have a lounge bar. we had over 25 people staying in our group, and found it difficult to ever get together to relax. If we had known about the none service of alcohol, we probably would not have booked with you. And yes, we were aware we could bring it in, but found it really difficult to work out the times when it could be purchased.

Breakfast was poor. Being asked to pay on arrival and also charged an amount in advance in case of further expenditure. Preferential service for male customers.

For an apartment hotel, I liked facilities to cook and warm my favorite meal. It is very convenient to the BTS where all of my travel are done. I would definitely go back here again.

I didn't like how the hotel are charged patron to use the computer with at the internet at the office center. It should be complementary for hotel patronage.

I enjoyed a nice size, brand-new room with splendid views of the skyline, a lounge, a complimentary minibar, and a balcony. the location is comfortable and ideal, with easy access to shopping centers and a big shopping mall. There are plenty of good food options within a short distance from the venue.

The location of the hotel is excellent and you are in the city centre but you are insulated from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok City. The staff were efficient and the room was comfortable - and it had a park view.
